As for the mixed lots, OCL cups each lot received from the producers, and those cupping results are used to group the lots by similar flavor profiles (for example, chocolate, floral, nuts, fruit, etc.). When grouping the lots, they also take into account the altitude and micro region. By doing so, OCL controls and assures the flavor profile of each blend, so uniformity is also assured.
