This is a modification of the traditional anaerobic fermentation process, where the fermentation level inside the tank is homogenized and controlled by rotating the tank in a horizontal position. Once the fermentation process is complete, the drying process begins immediately using Static Dryers, moving the product from one level to another frequently, until the final moisture content is 10.5%. The product must be allowed to cool to room temperature before being bagged and moved to the store for the resting process.
