First, the cherries will be washed and floaters will be picked, then the cherry colors will be sorted by color sorter machine and again by hand picking then lay the cherry separately by their colors like red, orange on the African bed then dried for 15 days in shade for 15 to 21 days. Then it goes to the dry store and remains unpacked for 48 hours to cool it down and then it will be packed.
