Once the cherries are harvested from the farmers, the Natural coffee process method begins. The cherries are meticulously weighed and hand sorted to remove any unripe ones. Subsequently, they are transferred to a tanker filled with water to get rid of any floater beans. Finally, they are transferred to an African bed for the drying process.
