Sourcing quality cherries from the Ywangan Farmers’ Community, this lot is carefully processed at the Biome Ywangan processing facility. With Yarsin’s guidance, Mr. Phyo Thu led the beginning-to-end processing procedures of this 72 hour Fermentation Washed. This 3 day fermentation gives the coffee elegant acidity and expresses Catuai and Caturra’s pleasant fruity notes.
