He has developed his own unique processing method, which involves pulping the cherries within six hours of their arrival at his washing station, then fermenting them for 24 hours before washing and soaking them for an additional 12 hours. After this, the coffee is graded and dried on beds. Despite limited resources, such as a small pulping machine powered by a small motor, he remains dedicated to producing high-quality coffee.
