""This lot is a blend of two post-harvest processes of coffee from the same crop, one fermented and one fully-washed: 1. Controlled fermentation took place in a stainless steel fermenter for 80 hours using “Lalcafe Basic – Lallemand” yeast. 2. In the fully-washed process the was washed and hulled, then remained in a tank with water for 72 hours. 3. The coffee was dried on African beds until it reached 18% humidity. Next it spent 20 days of an intermittence period in big bags in a climate-controlled warehouse. Finally it returned to the patio to finish drying.""
