Faustino is the father of David Flores, the founder of El Morito. Like David, he is deeply involved in the craft of coffee production, but Faustino especially focuses on exploring innovative cultivation methods and new coffee varieties. His passion for coffee is rooted in family tradition, inheriting the lineage of artisanal coffee producers that spans generations. While Faustino is known for his Yellow Caturra, which is characterized by fruity flavors, in recent years he has also begun to take on new varieties such as Geisha and Marshell.
