Pluma Blend brings together coffees from multiple communities across Oaxaca's Sierra Sur and Pluma-growing regions. Rather than highlighting a single village, this lot is built through the careful selection of coffees that consistently express the sweetness, balance, and approachability for which Oaxacan coffee is known. Each component is sourced from smallholder farmers who harvest cherries at peak ripeness and cultivate their coffee under practices that prioritize soil regeneration and long-term farm sustainability. By combining coffees from several communities, the blend achieves a stable sensory profile while representing the collective work of dozens of farming families.
