Antonio and his wife, Eby Aracely Samayoa, have worked hard to fine-tune their processing practices in order to produce the best possible coffee. Their dedication has helped elevate the quality of their coffee, and the results can truly be tasted in the cup. Looking ahead, Antonio is focused on further developing his agronomic practices. He also wants to support other producers in the region who cannot afford costly farm inputs, aiming to make these supplies more accessible and affordable. “Together we take care of the environment in order to avoid any contamination. Producing honeys and naturals is a very important way for us to improve our income and the wages for those who work for us. These special coffees also allow us to understand our product better. Most of all, we want to support our children so they can study at a university,” Antonio and Eby explain.
