Finca Los Manantiales is a 10-hectare specialty coffee farm located in Lourdes, Naranjo, in the Valle Occidental region of Costa Rica, at an altitude of 1,700 meters above sea level. Owned and operated by Esnider Rodriguez, a third-generation coffee farmer, the farm is committed to sustainability and cultivates a diverse range of varieties including Villa Sarchi, Geisha, Pacamara, Kenya, and others. The farm is processed by Café de Altura de San Ramon Especial S.A., a private company founded in 2004 by a group of producers after a cooperative collapsed. Today it serves over 2,800 farming families across four Costa Rican regions and is the fifth-largest coffee company in the country.
