Don Linarco has been involved in coffee from a very young age, working in farm activities throughout his childhood. However, it was in 2014, when he inherited the land from his parents, that he began working formally as a coffee farmer. From that point on, he became motivated to produce unique coffees, collaborating with different companies while learning cupping skills and gaining hands-on experience with various processing methods. Today, he produces coffee using multiple processes and is also involved in managing and processing coffee for other farms.

The ripe grains are collected and then immersed in water to remove those that float.
