El Rancho is a farm owned by a coffee growers’ association, where collaborative work on specialty coffee has been developed, bringing producers together to experiment with different processing methods. The farm has been owned by Cadefihuila since 2013, and for approximately seven years it has been working with varieties such as Pink Bourbon and Caturra. The facility also purchases coffee from other producers in order to make use of its processing plant.
