Washed

These coffees have a traditional washing process where, in principle, the ripe beans are collected, weighed, and left in the processing hopper for 24 hours. Cherry later, the coffee beans are pulped and put in a tank full of water, where after about 12 hours, they are washed with two rinses. Finally, they are dried in the sun or on a machine, according to the availability of the coffee grower.
