Partnering with Jhoan Vergara, they created El Diviso, uniting their farms, El Diviso and Las Flores, near Pitalito, Huila, Colombia. With CATA Export's founders Cat and Pierre, they refined fermentation protocols to connect directly with the UK market and are now growing into more regions. Their coffees have won awards, like 1st in Ireland’s Brewers Cup. This collaboration showcases CATA’s commitment to fostering young producers and economic growth.
