Small-scale producer
In Quechua, "Atoq" means fox, and there is an ancient legend in the Yungas region about this animal. Once, there was a fox that fed on all the fruits growing in the region, and when it passed away and its body returned to the earth over time, a coffee tree sprouted from that spot. It is said that the diverse flavors found in coffee today exist because they inherited the essence of the many fruits the fox had eaten.
