Golondrina Geisha Washed

Celso recently got the new drying machine to achieve more stable and consistent drying process. This year he lost about 40 % of production compare to last year due to lack of rain and water, but he just bought new farm this year and planting already more(Java) so he is hoping to increase the volume. This year he focussed on producing washed process coffee as he sees more demand, it wasn't easy for him without having enough water but we tasted very clean and high quality coffee as usual. He is planting more shade trees in his farm since he realised how important it is to have shadow for the coffee and be less sensitive to those climate changes.
