Natural Fermentation, African beds during 18 days on Hidardo’s farm with sunny periods, lots of movement as there are three employees working full time on coffee drying and preparation to keep track of drying process. Kept at Cascaritas farm in the shade after drying at 1,230 meters, then brought to exporter for preparation and bagging.
