Rodrigo Sanchez Valencia was born and raised in the Huila town of Pitalito. A fourth-generation coffee producer, he has been involved with specialty coffee for 20 years. At 15 years old, he was fascinated by the possibilities of coffee profiles, and that is when his coffee journey began.
