Nassia is leading the coffee community in the village by hiring more people and share the knowledge as a farmer. She has a strong idea of growing all her coffees in the nature and not to destroy them. By improving process facilities both fermentation and drying, they managed to improve the quality and be more consistent. Also they are planting more varieties to see the potentials and which one suits better in their environment. Nassia is planting more trees in her farm to be more sustainable and strong against the climate change, and she is trying to show this to the neighbour farmers so that everyone is going to be more sustainable.
