Ethiopian coffee producer Tracon has been producing and exporting specialty coffee for over 30 years. They own 35 washing stations across Sidama, Yirgacheffe, Guji, and Limu, using both traditional processing methods and innovative techniques like carbonic maceration. On their estates, they cultivate rare varieties such as Gesha 1931, focusing not just on terroir expression but also on processing methods and single varieties, constantly pushing the boundaries of coffee potential. Through their Farmers Direct Traceability (FDT) program, they collaborate with producers who own more than four hectares of land, offering single-origin coffees with full traceability and producer stories. They also operate multiple organically certified washing stations, ensuring transparency and integrity in their trade.
