Where Mount Elgon is our focal point of innovation, Rwenzori is our first expansion project to see how we apply our lessons for the sake of smallholder farmers in new areas of Uganda. Since starting, the potential of the Rwenzoris is tangible. The Rwenzori Smallholder Farmer Project started in 2022 with an incredible response from the farmers in its first harvest season, deliverying quality coffee at volumes. This is one of the quickest adaptation periods for a farmer group in relation to higher standards of production. With two harvest seasons in a year, we are shifting into our second March harvest with high expectations for this newfound team.We find notes of cocoa, honey, jasmine, lemon, lime, raspberry, and black currant.
