Coffee berries are picked and pulped within 8 hrs after picking, fermented for 24-30 hrs depending on weather, it’s washed and soaked for 6 hrs in clean water and dried on raised beds until the moisture comes down to 12% (within 6-8 days). Thereafter it’s put in conditioning bins (cuboid made if wire mesh that allows constant air circulation)
