The altitude of these producers ranges from 1600 to 2100 m.a.s.l., the range of producers also offer different varieties of coffee, of which the most common are Caturra, Typica, Castillo, Colombia, and Bourbon, but in recent years it's easy to find among these producers also more exotic varieties like Geishas, Wush Wush, and others. Tres Rayas Coffee is a collaborative project transforming its region from a conflict zone into a hub for exceptional coffee and tourism. Partnering with the Indigenous Producers Association of San Pedro Resguardo Páez de Gaitania (ASCI’SP), Tres Rayas produces high-quality, differentiated coffees, leveraging fertile lands, abundant water resources, and unique microclimates. With a focus on environmental respect and traditional expertise spanning three generations, Tres Rayas ensures consistent quality and promotes sustainable growth for the community.

This Natural lot is comprised of cherries from the communities of Gaitania, Santiago Pérez, and Planadas, all delivering their coffee to La Roca Estate and Tres Rayas’ drying facilities. Once the cherries arrived, they are sorted, floated and laid to dry in raised beds for up to 3 weeks, with constant movement and close monitoring of the humidity.
