The new management team of three Co-Representative Directors and four Executive Officers.
TYPICA, a direct-trade green coffee platform, announced a new management structure effective November 23, 2025, welcoming one new Representative Director and three new Executive Officers. With this new structure, TYPICA aims to further refine the philosophies and values it has cherished since its founding, embed them as organizational practical knowledge, and strengthen its capabilities in public management, business execution, and organizational leadership.
The new management structure launched on November 23, 2025, is as follows:
■ New Board of Directors
Representative Director / CEO & CFO — Masaru Goto
Representative Director / CQO — Ayane Yamada
Representative Director / COO — Tatsuya Kasai (New)
Audit & Supervisory Board Member — Shinichiro Makishita
Fundamental Principles of the Board of Directors
The Board maximizes the organizational feasibility of TYPICA’s VMVCR management framework (Vision, Mission, Value, Conscience, Repetition), serving as the most critical decision-making body ensuring TYPICA’s sustainable evolution as a “Public Management Community.”
As a rule, decisions are adopted as the “will of the organization” only when all three Representative Directors reach full agreement, ensuring complete alignment of ideals, essence, and actions, and enabling a system of collective leadership without contradiction.
■ New Executive Officer Structure
Executive Officer / Corporate Planning & Management Officer — Shuhei Hagimori
Executive Officer / Coffee Direct Trading Officer — Ryota Shinagawa (New)
Executive Officer / Marketplace Development Officer — Masanori Yasutomi (New)
Executive Officer / Social Impact Community Development Officer — Naoki Watanabe (New)
Fundamental Principles of Executive Officers
Executive Officers integrate the “organizational will” determined by the Board into sustainable, executable, and coherent systems across business, product, and organization. Their role is to continuously build an environment where all members can work with high productivity. Core execution functions include:
1. Clarifying the structure, functions, and roles of the organizational “normal state.”
2. Verbalizing and quantifying concrete objectives.
3. Designing optimal team formations and managing the execution process to ensure alignment between plans and results, guided by TYPICA’s values.
■ Creating a Private-Sector-Led “Public Management Community” Beginning with the Democratization of Direct Trade
Through the process of democratizing direct trade, TYPICA is committed to practicing public management alongside each individual team member, fostering an organizational culture that cultivates future entrepreneurs and leaders.
Our vision is a world where the aspirations and concerns of coffee lovers everywhere are transformed into meaningful ventures—building a global, private-sector-led community of public-minded entrepreneurs who drive the evolution of the industry. This community organically expands beyond the boundaries of industry and geography into the “OKAGESAMA Community”—a culture of celebratory exchange that supports public well-being, shared economy, and meaningful daily life.
With this new management structure, we will accelerate the systematization and implementation of our management format, fostering a global ecosystem where venture companies, entrepreneurs, and leaders can continuously emerge and thrive from within TYPICA.
