{"id":12457,"date":"2025-02-14T15:26:08","date_gmt":"2025-02-14T06:26:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/typica.coffee\/en\/?post_type=news&#038;p=12457"},"modified":"2025-04-09T21:24:37","modified_gmt":"2025-04-09T12:24:37","slug":"2025-02-14","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/typica.coffee\/en\/news\/2025-02-14\/","title":{"rendered":"TYPICA Exhibits at Africa Tech Summit Nairobi 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Following its selection for the second round of Japan External Trade Organization\u2019s \u201cJapan Tech Africa Challenge\u201d in January 2025, TYPICA exhibited at Africa Tech Summit Nairobi 2025, a tech startup event held in Kenya\u2019s capital from February 12 to 13.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/cdn-cgi\/image\/quality=50,format=auto\/https:\/\/typica.coffee\/ja\/cms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/d565caae9e37b582283f3779f10f94f5.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14828\" style=\"width:470px\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>(Center: TYPICA Social Impact Officer, Shizuka Funayama)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The \u201cJapan Tech Africa Challenge\u201d is a JETRO-led initiative that supports Japanese startups with technologies, products, or services that address social challenges in Africa. Five companies were selected for both the first and second rounds of the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Africa Tech Summit Nairobi 2025 highlights technological advancements in Africa. This year, over 1,000 companies participated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the event, TYPICA set up a booth and joined two panel discussions over the course of two days.
